About The Event
"Create the Career You Love"
This will be a unique opportunity to discover medical career options and glean inside tips directly from medics who have created exciting and diverse careers. This is a one off event with limited numbers of delegates, to enhance your networking experience. We have sourced some amazing speakers who will be in one place on one day.
A not to be missed opportunity!
We will have around 15 medics with varied careers, sharing their journeys with you so you can learn from their successes and failures and have the chance to ask the questions you want to know.
Our guest speakers will give you short TED style talks on their career paths with your chance to ask questions, be inspired and learn from them. There will be a chance to have a mini date with our speakers too in smaller numbers to ask those questions relevant to you. We will also have a session on "Finance Top Tips".
We are delighted that Dr Kailash Chand OBE will begin our conference with a talk to inspire us all. Kailash is Honorary Vice President of the BMA. Ex deputy chair of BMA council. Ex chair of NHS trust. Passionate supporter of the NHS. Regular writer for The Guardian, Pulse &Tribune. GP since 1983
